Separate sealed bids for the installation of secondary/irrigation Water Meters on a city owned irrigation system separate from the main irrigation system in Smithfield City, will be accepted at the Office of the Smithfield City Recorder until 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, February 27, 2025.
