Public Hearing - 4/15/26 6:05 p.m. - Ordinance 2026-05 - (Planning Commission) - an Ordinance Amending the Smithfield City Municipal Code Title 17

The Smithfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at the City Office Building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah no sooner than 6:05 P.M. The public hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 2026-05, an Ordinance amending the Smithfield City Municipal Code Title 17 “Zoning Regulations”, Chapter 17.100 “Site Development and Landscaping”, adding Section 17.100.080 “Dedication of Right-of-Way Width”.
