Public Hearing - 2/11/26 6:05pm - Ordinance 2026-02 - (City Council) - an Ordinance Amending the Smithfield City Municipal Code Title 2

The Smithfield City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at the City Office Building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah no sooner than 6:05 P.M. The public hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 2026-02, an Ordinance amending the Smithfield City Municipal Code Title 2 “Administration and Personnel”, Chapter 2.56 “Access to Public Records”, Sections 2.56.030 “Request for Access”, 2.56.040 “Appeals” and 2.56.060 “Forms”.
