Public Hearing - 12/10/25 6:35pm - Ordinance 2025-30 - (City Council) - an Ordinance Amending the Smithfield City Municipal Code Title 8 “Health and Safety”

The Smithfield City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at the City Office Building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah no sooner than 6:35 P.M. The public hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 2025-30, an Ordinance amending the Smithfield City Municipal Code Title 8 “Health and Safety”, Chapter 8.08 “Fire Code”, adding in its entirety Section 8.08.070 “International Wildland-Urban Interface Code (WUIC)”.
