Public Hearing - 11/17/25 6:35 p.m. - Ordinance 2025-26 - (City Council) - an Ordinance amending the Smithfield City Municipal Code Title 13

The Smithfield City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 17, 2025, at the City Office Building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah no sooner than 6:35 P.M. The public hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 2025-26, an Ordinance amending the Smithfield City Municipal Code Title 13 “Public Services”, Chapter 13.04 “Water Service System”, Section 13.04.080 “Rates and Connection Fees”.
