Smithfield City (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: 3 MG Water Tank Project
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Smithfield City Offices located at 96 S. Main, Smithfield, UT 84335, until October 7, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. local time. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time.
The project consists of construction of a post tension concrete water tank, excavation, soil nail wall, backfill, fencing and related pipping to connect to the existing system.
Obtaining the Bidding Documents: Electronic Copies (pdf format) of the Contract Documents will be available on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 and may be obtained at www.jub.com – select “plans” tab at the top of the page – download fees apply.
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 11:00 a.m. prevailing local time September 18, 2025, at Smithfield City offices.
