Public Hearing - 02/12/2025 - Ordinance 2025-02 - (City Council) an Ordinance Amending the Smithfield City Municipal Code Title 17

The Smithfield City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at the City Office Building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah no sooner than 6:45 P.M. The Public Hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 2025-02, an Ordinance amending the Smithfield City Municipal Code Title 17 “Zoning Regulations”, Chapter 17.04 “General Provisions”, Section 17.04.070 “Definitions” and adding in its entirety to Chapter 5 “Business Licenses and Regulations”, Chapter 5.22 “Mobile Food Trucks”, Sections 5.22.010 “Mobile Food Truck Definition” and 5.22.020 “General Provisions”.
