The Smithfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at the City Office Building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah no sooner than 6:05 P.M. The public hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 2026-04, an Ordinance rezoning Cache County Parcel Number 08-070-0041 from R-1-10 (Single Family Residential 10,000 Square Feet) to RM (Multiple-Family Residential).
